Note: Known bugs will be remedied with future Loudspeaker Control App and Loudspeaker firmware updates. Please keep your app and loudspeakers updated to the latest version for optimal performance.
Loudspeaker Control App

Connection between Loudspeaker Control app and loudspeaker is not always established by default after restarting the app or power cycling the device
-
Audio anomalies (delays and skipping) are possible when the loudspeakers are initially Bluetooth Linked.

Sometimes, the loudspeaker will not wake up from Standby when connected to the Loudspeaker Control App, requiring a power cycle.

When the physical gain knobs on the CB10 or KC12 are moved to “0,” sometimes the gain faders in the Loudspeaker Control App show lower values

Sometimes, powering a loudspeaker off doesn’t remove the loudspeaker from the “Add Loudspeakers” page

Sometimes, “Swap Channel” is not properly updated after you navigate away from and back to the Bluetooth Pairing page

Bluetooth Linking randomly will not connect

Bluetooth connection tone becomes louder as Input C fader is adjusted

Sometimes, the Firmware version is not changed in the Android Loudspeaker Control App after updating the app
CB10

If the phone goes to sleep, the CB10 firmware update fails

Reverb can be disabled after a power cycle of the loudspeaker

Battery indicator sometimes shows when battery is not plugged in
-
When loudspeakers are Linked, sometimes they do not re-link on power cycle

“Swap Channel” on Linked loudspeakers sometimes does not function properly

If the loudspeaker is in Standby, and you attempt to add the loudspeaker to the inventory, sometimes the Bluetooth light will not blink for the confirmation button press.
KC12

EQ IN/OUT status is sometimes not reflected properly in the loudspeaker Rear User Interface when the parameter has been changed from the Loudspeaker Control App

“Pair” button status is sometimes changed to “Paired” in the Loudspeaker Control App while the loudspeaker Rear User Interface is still in “Searching” mode.

Decimal value of EQ parameter is not updated properly in the Rear user interface of the Loudspeaker

Sometimes, the Input select type that is changed in the Loudspeaker Control App does not synchronize with the Rear User Interface of the loudspeaker

Switching the Bluetooth link between Stereo and Multi on the RUI sometimes causes the KC12 speaker Bluetooth connection to go offline

Sometimes, when Bluetooth on the loudspeaker is turned off, the Loudspeaker Control App will still show the loudspeaker as active in the inventory on Android devices

Sub crossover settings are not shown in the Loudspeaker Control App when the KC12 is put into SUB ONLY MODE

If a Scene is recalled on the Rear User interface of the loudspeaker, sometimes the settings do not properly synchronize with the Loudspeaker Control App

Sometimes the “Q” slider in the EQ page is not displayed properly on iPad devices
